Whether it was the staff at the front desk or the staff in the restaurants, mainly the one that offered the all day buffet, they all lacked efficiency and customer service. When we arrived to check in at the front desk, we were asked to wait in the lounge and someone would be with us “shortly”. We ended up waiting 45 min to get checked in and that was only because I reminded the young lady that we still needed help checking in. Once we finally got attended, the lady who gave us the room was so rude and didn’t explain anything to us about the restaurants or the wristbands. Then she had an attitude when I was asking her questions about everything because again, she didn’t go over anything with us. The day buffet was honestly the worst, from the quality of food to the servers, to the service overall. We’ve stayed at Hilton hotels before, but for this being an all inclusive Hilton, I was deeply deeply disappointed with our stay. Hotel and facility itself was not the problem, the staff and service and food quality was. Lots of improvement needed in those areas.
