Room had an odor to it and the boiler went out so no hot water. We stayed for the concert so only there 8 hours. They waived the resort fee but everything else was not good. Had to pay to self-park? Will not be staying again.

The staff were wonderful especially Rick who was one of the valet attendant's. He was always welcoming and had a kind word, stories, suggestions and interacted with my children every time he saw them. He shared the story of the lunar moth with them and showed them were it had landed.

The staff were very friendly. The room was nice and clean, however the ice machines are only located on certain floors and one floor had a broken machine. There are no signs or information letting you know this. Also, the body wash bottle was empty in our shower. I didn’t know it was empty until I was already showering, I had to have my sister bring me a bar of soap. We were also not made aware we had to pay for parking. Our fee was waived due to the issues with the ice though.

The breakfast buffet was poor quality for the price Coffee was way too strong Food was all cold Had to go straight to the lobby restroom to be be sick before I could go back to my room for luggage so I could check out. Should have told staff but just wanted to leave
