The staff at Ohla was excellent. They emailed us prior to our stay to better understand our preferences and alerted us of a potential disruption with taxi service on the day of our arrival. After seeing realizing my husband had just celebrated a birthday by his DOB on his passport they sent him boxed chocolates and a bottle of cava. Great property in a central location. Would definitely recommend

Staff and location was great. Breakfast was included but they had limited hot options. The rooms were quirky. It was an open concept for the bathroom except for toilet. The shower sits in the open which is strange. The lighting was also poor over the sink as the walls are black and provides little lighting when shaving or putting on makeup. Also if someone wants to use the bathroom when another is sleeping, it does not work

A lovely hotel with great dining situated within an easy walk to most of the places you would want to go. Zak at the Experience desk was particularly helpful which made the stay that much better. The only downside was that there was no USB sockets in the rooms, luckily reception had a drawer full of adapters, but I had got used to just having to brining cables for the last couple of years.

The Ohla Barcelona hotel was a lovely property conveniently located in the heart of Barcelona between the Gothic district and Placa de Catalunya. Hotel staff were exceptionally attentive and accommodating. The included breakfast offerings were top notch and enjoyed very much. One odd thing about the room layout was that the glass wall shower was located in the middle of the room, which my wife and I found a bit awkward and uncomfortable. I guess it was better than putting the toilet in the middle of the room.
