Owner denied registration with hotels.com
"Owner requested second payment for booking at property. The place was damp and dirty with leaking plumbing. Many reviews on google from others tell same story. Hotels.com were unable to contact ownerOwner claimed he had no phone but produced it later. Agent refunded me. WARNING"

"Unfortunately there was an earhquake during our stay and we were not able to stay at the hotel as we left in panic. The hotel was swaying left to right and it was a very scary experience. "The unit needs to be renovated and modernized. The television needs to be replaced. It needs fast wifi and Netflix. Terrible wifi speeds, No fan, loud noise will wake you up at 3am Everyday."

"まだ、準備ができていないと感じました。 ■食事はレストランがオープンしていないので外出しなければならず不便(来年2月以降オープン予定だそうです) ■大浴場は丸見え？な感じで女性は難しいかと感じました ■朝食は、仮で大浴場と同じフロアでしたが、フロアに入ると日本のプールの臭いが充満して食欲はなくなります ■不慣れだったが、従業員は頑張っていて可愛いかった ■部屋は日本仕様なので全てがコンパクト ■チェックイン時 荷物はセルフで台車を借りて車から運んだ(ポーターはいないのか？フロントの女の子がついてきたが結局こちらで運んだ。唯一軽い手荷物を部屋に入れててくれたが床に置かれたのであまり良い気分はしませんでした) ..."
