"I accidentally booked a day wrong and contacted them through Expedia they replied quickly even though it was 2 months before. When we arrived everything had been changed and our room was very clean and comfortable. Loved the rooftop pool, air conditioning, that it was a very social street. Met other travellers easy. "Although we didnt get the room upgrade or the VIP access. The hotel was amazing and the staff was very hospitable whenever we asked for something. Even when we noticed rude and entitled tourists talking to some of the staff, rhey were professional. Kudos! Thank you for a great first experience in Bangkok to celebrate our 24th Anniversary 😍"
