Down the street from St. Louis station. Just close enough to be convenient but far enough away to be a little quieter. AC worked great. Kitchenette was nice. Everyone up front was friendly and courteous.

The guy on the front desk during the day time, (when I had contact with them) was really helpful and friendly. Flats were great, just what you need for a few days in Silom.

I like the cooking facilities and washing machine. Great convenience for my family. However the shower area needs improvement, would be better to install shower screen so that floor won't be wet. Its a pity that the jacuzzi water is cold. Also a little too far from BTS and it's a residential area.

Excellent hotel at rhe right price. Every bit as clean and professional as any of the big hotels but lots cheaper. Love the rooftop spa, the gym is much better equipped than most hotel gyms and the rooms have a washing machine. Great experience.

Great view from the roof top; which has a gym, steam room and whirlpool. The property is spacious and new, the staff super helpful and always there. The washer and fridge in the room super helpful. The hotel is in an area that gives you a good “local” experience. Convenient to massages, restaurants, to get taxis. Most tourist locations within a 15-20 min taxi ride. Definitely recommend!

Nice. But your brand is suffers from one thing...
The place was nice enough. Staff was polite and the room was clean. The only reason this is a "3-Star" review is that there is a MAJOR disconnect with your branding and what you actually offer. The main image on your marketing of that big spa was the main reason I went to your hotel. When I was told the heater was disconnected because one dumb person hurt themselves, you didn't realize the REAL damage being done to your brand. You should diminish the value of the spa in your branding and marketing or install the heating mechanism so you can be authentic. I feel like I was lied to.

We enjoyed our stay at Zensation. The family suite was clean & spacious with a kitchen and washing machine that came in very handy. The building is within a residential area, so plenty of cheap local food options to choose from. Security is excellent as there is always a guard at the front door.

Pleasantly surprised!
Driving down the road to this hotel we feared the worst only for that to be dispelled when we pulled up outside. This was a lovely modern boutique hotel with apartment accommodation. The reception we got was friendly and helpful which carried on for the whole stay. They helped with directions and taxi needs and also anything we needed basically. The apartment was modern, spotlessly clean with all amenities. ie cooking things and washing machine and microwave also a large fridge. The air con was in both sitting area and bedroom. There was also an airer on the balcony to dry things. Lastly there was a gym, steam room and large jacuzzi. The views at night from the roof space were great. There was also a zen garden up there which brought a bit of peace. Though this is set in the financial district it was easy to get tuk tuk, taxis and the BTS rail station was just 10 minutes walk down the road. Would highly recommend this hotel,

The "Hot Tub" on the roof is unheated. I was dissapointed we could not enjoy the tub on the roof, as the water was too cool to be enjoyable. Everything was extremely clean and staff was very friendly. There is a balcony but the airconditioner is blowing hot air on you out there.

A new property yet standard is not met
Upon check-in, I was requested to sign an in-house terms and conditions for the stay in which I am completely not comfortable with.  It was reserved via www.hotels.com (where T&C has been applied) and I have never signed on such T&C for any single stays in Bangkok ever :(  Have reserved a Family Suite for 2 and a Deluxe Suite for 1.  The size of Family Suite is 55sqm and is only good for 2.  For 4, it is too squeezy. The washlet at the Family Suite was blocked and I have to flush at least 10 times per usage.  It was eventually repaired on the 3rd day.  The design of the bathtub is not practical too as the bathroom is always flooded with every showers. Found mini cockroaches on several occasions :( Should consider to include a dish sponge and dish detergent for the kitchenette. The theme of Zensation is "zen", I am however sceptical about it.  The open concept of the shower facility (akan onsen) for the spa pool and steam room is again not practical (I have no where to even get changed).  No access to the zen garden (half blocked), it is purely for admiration from the spa pool.

Excellent friendly staff at Zensation
Zensation the residence is a relatively new property. It is located on a busy road so at busy times the traffic can sound fairly noisy. The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from the nearest BTS station (Surasak) which provides excellent links to all the major areas in Bangkok. The staff at the hotel are excellent, they are exceptionally friendly and courteous, and were very helpful. The Spa and stream room was an excellent facility to relax in after a long days sightseeing

Residence at CBD area with Local Favor
The hotel was located in the inner CBD - Sathorn Area near to Chong Nonsi BTS and at the same time near to Chan Road and every morning i could walk to where all the local go to buy their breakfast and grab mine too, it is a good 10-15min walk and I just take it as my morning exercise. Therefore, If you want to experience “local life” and at the same time not too far away from area like Siam or Silom then this is quite a good place to consider.

Fantastic Place
Well what a Little gem of a place .. The hotel/Apt is brand new and spotless clean , The minute we arrived the staff count not have been more helpful.. We had a 2 bedroom Apt on the 6 floor which was spotless . There is no swimming pool but there is an amazing Jacuzzi and gym area on the rooftop with stunning views over the city. Outside the hotel there's the usual street food available and a few fantastic restaurants within walking distance . As we had the car we found everything like shopping centres(MBK) and markets within 15 minutes which in Bangkok traffic is close by . My Family has stayed in many hotels in Bangkok over the year's and we have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this one .

Very clean and new apartment, in a great location, lost of great street food, restaurants and seven eleven around the area . The guy at the reception was very friendly and helped us figuring out directions. Accommodation and facilities accurate to what you see on the pictures. Our only regret is that we don’t stay longer at this apartment. We will return for certain and stay longer next time.

Wonderful hotel
Wow, what a nice place to stay. We stayed here for 5 nights and it was clean, comfortable and each room is full of amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful. Aek was mainly the one who took care of us. He helped us booked reservations for restaurants and also helped us arranged transportation. As most locals are unable to speak or understand English, it was convenient to get Aek to arrange things for us. He spoke to our cab drivers and tuk-tuk drivers to get us to the right locations. Also, it has a beautiful rooftop garden with a great view of the city.

This hotel was perfect for us. Very clean and the most important part was the staff were exceptionally accommodating and very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us. Clean, secure and modern hotel with amazing views
Amazing! Everything about ‘zensation the residence’ was great. The location was great and easy access to shops and to locations in Bangkok. The service of reception and security was above and beyond, they provided us with exceptional service. The room was very clean, there was even a washing machine and cooking appliances, balcony, air conditioning, all toiletries provided and the option for the room to be made up. On top of that was the exceptional top roof zen garden, jacuzzi, steam room and gym. The views were amazing both during day and night. Definitely recommend this residential hotel, would rebook as it has exceptional service, security and modern rooms which were very clean.

The owner and staff were amazing, went out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel is modern and very clean as well as the rooms. Food easy to find close to hotel. Off the beaten path so very quiet. Transportation needed to get to and to any points of interest.

The building and all facilities are very new while its location is easily access to local food right on the street or just few steps from 7-11 store. All of their staff are so nice with excellent attitute to every guests.
