Our room is 100% exactly the same as the photos we advertised. On the day of your stay, we encountered a problem with 1 of our water pump knocked down, but we promptly resolved the issue within 15 minutes of you informing us. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered late check-out until the time you have to take a flight. However, we found it a bit exaggerated when you mentioned that filling up the jacuzzi took 4 hours. We were informed that it took 2 hours to fill a part of the jacuzzi, but after fixing the issue, it shouldn't have taken 2 more hours to fill it up entirely. Due to its size, our jacuzzi requires a lot of water(1 ton of water) to fill up, unlike a bathtub that uses a minimal amount of water. As for laundry, we use a washing machine and only washed your clothes without others clothes from others customers. We noticed that the pink marks on your clothes were due to color fading from your other garments. We wash clothes using a machine and cannot guarantee to remove all stains if they are too dirty. We cannot hand-wash your clothes individually to remove all the dirt, but we did hand-wash your clothes after you raised the issue, and the color fading disappeared. We were surprised when you claimed that nothing helped, although we did manage to clean your clothes for you. Additionally, you mentioned to Expedia that you did not use our jacuzzi and demanded a 100% refund. We can confirm that our staff cleaned the jacuzzi, and it is apparent that you used it during your stay. We do not appreciate such negative comments, especially when we could not provide you with a free stay.
