New Hotel with free parking
New hotel. Near 7-11. Key card for elevator & room access, a plus. I really enjoy the king bed soft pillow top upgrades. Not fancy amenities, but adequate. Wi-fi is good. I wish the name is different because there is another hotel nearby with similar name. Thai pronounce this hotel name as " แอด เอส 115 เรซิ เดนซ์ "

Gut sauber und günstig .
Neues Hotel nur wenige Minuten von der BTS Station. Hotel hat eine Terasse mit Kaffee. Gegenüber ist auch ein 7 Eleven und mehrere Essenstände.

ทำเลดี การบริการของน้องพนักงานใช้ได้ แต่ต้องปรับปรุงบางเรื่อง ควรจะมีบริการเข็นกระเป๋าส่งถึงห้องจะดีกว่านี้ค่ะ

新築のお得なホテル
まずホテルは新築でとても綺麗だった。 グーグルマップには載っていないが目の前にセブンイレブンがオープンしていて大変便利。 レンタカーで行きましたが駐車場に係員が24時間いて誘導してくれます。 隣が工場ですが騒音などなく快適です。 改善して欲しいなという点は、部屋にドライヤーが無いところ。 コインランドリーを利用しましたが、水圧が弱く2時間たっても洗濯が終わらなかった。 宿泊費から考えたら非常にお得なホテルです。 次回も利用するでしょう。

추천하고픈 저렴한 숙박업소
아주마음에 듭니다. 전철이 5분내에 있어서 중심가로 왕래하기도 경제적, 시간적으로 편했읍니다. 내가 출장다니면서 하루이상 계속사용한 호텔이 처음입니다. 딱 한가지 트집을 잡으라면 방안에서 인터넷이 안된다는 것입니다. 호텔비저렴하고 직원들 친절하고 교통좋고 호텔200m전후에 편의점도있고 대형마트도 있고 식당가도 있어서 거주하기가 아주좋읍니다. 태국의 여러곳을 다녀봤지만 이렇게 흡족한곳은 처음입니다. 물론 3만원도 지불안하면서 특급호텔의 대우를 받으려한다면 안되겠지요.

เหมาะสำหรับคนมีธุระแถบนี้
อยู่ใกล้ห้าง big c และสถานีรถไฟฟ้า (ยังไม่เปิดให้บริการ) ที่จอดรถมีจำนวนจำกัด ถ้าไปดึก ต้องจอดซ้อนคัน มี รปภ. ดูแลตลอดคืน พนักงานมีอัธยาศัยดี ห้องพักใหม่ แต่ขอบใช้ในหัองน้ำน้อยไปหน่อย ถ้ามีธุระแถบนี้ ถือเป็นตัวเลือกที่ดี และเหมาะแก่การมีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว เนื่องจากแถวนี้ไม่มีสถานที่เที่ยวมากนัก

綺麗！良いねぇ～やるねぇ！！３つ星贈呈！！！
ホテルはBTSサムロング駅から歩いて15分くらいか。 建物が最近できたのであろう、外観からとてもきれい。 敷地右手側が受付。左手が宿泊棟。玄関はオートロック。 エレベーターあり。廊下もキレイで埃、汚れなど確認できない。 部屋もオートロック。電気はカード差し込んで管理。 室内広く、清潔感あり。シャワー、トイレも問題なく綺麗。 とにかく綺麗でテンションが上がる。 ホテル近くに徒歩５分程度の位置にショッピングモールBIG Cがあるので、食事、雑貨、酒、衣類、土産など購入可能。 セブンイレブンも同じくらいの距離にあるが、交通量の多い道路を渡らないといけない。 欠点として、窓を開けても周りが工場なので展望は望めない。あと、工場の排気音が部屋まで響くので耳栓があれば問題ない。 これは私が泊まった部屋だけの問題かも知れないが、洗面所に小蟻が少々沸いていた。 しかし、欠点を感じさせない価格、キレイさ、スタッフの笑顔で文句なく「３つ星ホテル」と言って良いだろう。
