I have traveled the world, with many types of properties. This hotel exceeded its limits with rudeness, lack of cleanliness, maintenance issues, and complete disrespect to all customers. I feel both mistreated and misled for this stay.

Good hotel for a very affordable price
I was traveling alone and have booked the 2 beds. The reception guy gave me a big single bed instead and I really appreciate it. Staff were all nice and helpful. I rested well and really liked the hotel.

Decent value
Although a bit run down, this hotel was suitable for a business or Bangkok Hospital stay. The bed was hard and air conditioner very loud, even at its lowest setting. The neighborhood is not easily walkable but the free shuttle to the surrounding area very convenient.

Hotel was ok. The lobby and the main building looked very exclusive. We were accommodated in the neighbor building and the entrence and the first impression was not as luxurios as in the main building. Price-performio ratio was ok. The only think that really bothered was a phone in the hall. It started with the rinning at 7 am in the morning in front of our room and rang all 5 to 10 minutes. It took us really long time, to find out what was ringing and it was annoying. In the area there was not much to see and unfortunately not very many restaurants and food options

Noice noice and more noice
The room had no sound isolation what so ever, all night and all morning you wake up to every door in the corridor slamming. The whole morning you can hear the cleaning crew call each other on some phone with the most annoying signal. The aircon stops every hour with the loudest noice I ever heard (no joke) Nothing else is really wrong with this place but since sleep is sort of the main purpose of a hotel it's hard to be to satisfied. The location is quite of, you gonna need a 15 to 20 min taxi ride for about 150 baht to any place of interest We paid 5200 baht for 3 nights.

Pretty good for the price!
Hotel has an awesome gym and pool. The room was generally clean and good for such a cheap price! My only complaint was that the hotels.com app says the hotel comes with an airport transfer but it does not.

Location poor, everything else decent at best.
Decent for business stay, not ideal for holiday. Lack of toilet amenities and location wise, not walking distance to any restaurants/cafe/bars nearby. Hard to get taxi as it's located at a quiet corner.

I like the room but there are a problems with some guests they are noisy very early morning and no body advice them , hotel doesn't have any idea about some tourists tour and events in Bangkok

Too far out of town. Grubby, wouldn't recommend.
Very far from anything. Tricky to find. Grubby to be honest, not much attention to cleanliness. The modern design of the rooms in the pictures is accurate, however it was just not as clean as western standards. Also WiFi to weak to work in the rooms so one must go to the reception. The staff were not very friendly. I had to asked them to call me a taxi three times while standing at the reception waiting. It wasn't that the driver was running late and I was impatient it was that nobody had called a taxi for me at all. It wasn't until they could see I was getting angry did they call the taxi. The understood every word I said but were just too lazy.

- The hotel room is beutiful and clean. - Many choice for breakfast but it's taste not good. - The entrance of hotel make me confuse becauese they have Classic hotel, Boutique hotel and motel in same area.

The room is dirty and dust. I requested to change a new room but it still the same. I booked for 2 night but the key cards can’t use for the second night. It’s worst that for a patient can enter the room. Only one thing is good that it located near bangkok hospital.
