"Clean no bugs, good quiet aircon, had very good night clean bed, coffee and te but hot water in lobby two water bottle in fridge, two clean towels soap and shampoo, room toilet all fittings new and shower with hot and cold water pressure good, many outlets, flat tv but ongly thai channels, elevator between floors carry 250 kg small but works, view from room, parking lot but sunny, thick curtains, windows well sealed, and possible to take good pigeon pictures."

"The staff barely understood any English. No bell boy/bus boy to move your luggage. You have to physically pick it up and bring it down a flight of stair before you can put it on the trolley. After check in the wifi was completely gone, I stayed there for 5 hours and I didn’t have wifi there. I had no choice but to check out early and go somewhere else because wifi was important. When asked when the wifi would be fixed, they said we don’t know "

"You could hear a lot of noise coming from people in the hallway as it was very echoey and you could hear noises coming from next door as at the time of sleeping as it could be better soundproofing the room from the noise coming from oustide . The room door frame emitts light from the edges that comes from the hallway as it's not a very good door jam seal or sound proof "

"We enjoyed our poolside room in this historic hotel. Yes, in some ways it could use a bit of updating, but those reviewers who focus on that miss the “Heritage” part of this hotel, which really does capture old Bangsaen. We are delighted that it’s still in operation, and in a stylish “Thai” way."
