"Very beautiful hotel, staff was friendly, but wished they explained the amenities around the hotel. I had to figure it out myself by looking at other people’s reviews. Beverages at the mini bar fridge are not cold, wish it was colder, the drinks were lukewarm. I arrived earlier than check in time so decided to go to the cafe to grab a coffee, some staff said “no” and another said “yes, I can come in.” Super confusing and then it took forever for the waitress and the ordered coffee to arrive.
