The check-in was interesting, the staff was friendly, told us nothing about the property not even a general overview on a map. Being our first time knew nothing. None of the staff seemed to know consistent information. Restaurant times posted not consistent with actual serving time. Seaweed clean up minimal. Went to go kayaking, not available and was told by concierge that kayaking was available. Staff asked for feedback and blamed it on their employer and then tried to sell us a membership, don’t worry he said it’s not a time share. Rooms hot, air conditioning worked occasionally, smelled of mold so bad made me physically ill. Half of the resort under construction. Stains on bedding and headboard.

The property is great and I felt safe there. The dining area for the buffet is too hot to eat at times and the food lacks flavor. I was there five nights and was only able to eat at one restaurant the last day I was there. My couch in my room was really dirty. The staff is great and accommodating! The night shows are great.

Room is great and spacious. However, It is extremely hard to do restaurant reservation if staying 5 nights or less. The app is too slow. Hotel should improve the app and only allow to do restaurant one day ahead with first come first serve. This would help removing headache for conceige and managers. We and other guests had to escalate requests to managers to have reservation at the restaurants.
