"You advertised this hotel as 4 star well it’s not 4 star it would be lucky to be 1 star We were told on arrival that we would have to clean our own rooms. And if we wanted the towels or bed linen changed we would have to pay 10 euros a day for that service and when we said how do we clean the rooms they charged 40 Euros for supplying a broom a bucket and mop and a hover. Oh and when we opened the room NO AIR CONDITIONING 4 star hotel JOKE ,,"

"This apartment had all you needed for a comfortable stay. Beatrice was wonderful, meeting me at the village entrance, and communication excellent throughout. Air con/heating was perfect, especially as I stayed out of season and it was colder than expected! All cookware and cleaning items available. Bring own toiletries. Found ironing board but no iron or hairdryer (if I needed them, I only had to ask though, Beatrice very responsive) This property is not on the sun catching side, but 2nin walk...
