"Fabulous location, quiet as back from road, and facing river, staff are warm and helpful to a fault, nothing is too much trouble, the service is discreet and not fussy, Room well equipped with everything you might possibly need, only had to ask for a kettle and it was there in moments. Breakfast is lovely, a huge choice. "

"Amazing hotel in Bangkok. Customer service was fantastic. Every staff member really takes care of you. Room was superb and extremely comfortable. We had a view of the river and could see the IconSiam from our window. One of the best reasons to stay here is the close proximity to the river boat which takes you to the Icon in 5 mins and anywhere else you need. The dock is essentially just out the back door of the hotel. Whenever I come back to Bangkok, I will rebook and I highly recommend you guys book at this hotel! "
