However, the property is aging, with worn out details in the room and less-than-thoughtful design for room doors slamming late at night from returning guests. Superb location however, in the heart of Bangkok’s shopping playground, with many malls and shopping centers nearby and can be reached in a short walk. "

"The bed sheets were clean and good quality. When I checked into the hotel (late check-in), I was given an upgraded room, as there were many guests. The hotel is near the National Stadium, BTS station, and the shopping mall."

"This has been my favorite hotel to stay at when I am in Thailand. It is the perfect location and close to train station, food, transportation. However, in both buildings they have a mold problem. The walls have mold in them as well as the showers. Do not stay in the the older building where the top rooms are suppose to be. The toilets do not flush and the sinks leaks water everywhere. The constant noice from outside gets annoying because you can hear everything in the rooms so there is bad noise...

"We have stayed here several times based on its proximity to Nana plaza and the awesome staff and ability to get high off of the street where it's a lot more quiet. Great VIP lounge and extremely short walk to the bars at Nana."

"Depressing design, hotel needs some refresh, like put some more plants and work on the lighting. Very cold and does not feel cosy"

"It is a new hotel so rooms and facilities are in very good condition. Roof top bar offered great views of the city and served amazing margaritas. General service was impeccable and location of the hotel is excellent being connected to Asok BTS station and across from terminal 21 and close to many great eating spots. Highly recommended and will stay here again. "
