"Thank you, Chiara, Matheo, Andreo, for checking in and checking out easy, courteous, and friendly. All staff were super helpful and cheerful. Thanks for offering a good room with a good view. Some soundproofing would be great to install. Otherwise, the hotel was quiet at night, and the guests' rules were in place afterward 11pm. The breakfast buffet was good. The location was fantastic and close to lots of landmarks. I highly recommend this hotel 👍"

"All three staff at the desk were very helpful and friendly. Appreciated storing our luggage both before checking in and after checking out. The facility could have been better. The shower door didn’t close tightly so you couldn’t avoid water spilling onto the bathroom floor. "

"It’s just didn’t look like the best area. A little shocking when you first see it. Staff helpful , the breakfast was not good at all which why I gave it 3 stars. Close to Trevi Fountain. Old building, but clean. Carpeted stairs could use a cleaning. Would recommend."

"I booked this hotel to be near the airport the night before my flight. When i arrived i was a little concerned due to some negative reviews. However ,Steven on reception, couldn't have been more helpful. He booked my shuttle for the next morning immediately. The next morning the duty receptionist was very courteous too. I had more help with my luggage here than at any of my previous 3 hotels on this trip. The room was clean and contained everything required for a comfortable stay."

"A bit of an old fashioned room with amenities that could be renovated. There was some dust in corners of the floor of the bathroom. It was fine for one night though and super kind staff. "
