Clean pool with plenty of chairs. Ultra friendly staff. Manager told us it is a family run business, and all staff are friendly and cannot do enough to assist guests. We'll definitely return. "

"Had a lovely stay in a Family Villa for 12 nights, which had it's own private parking. 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one of which was ensuite. The downstairs bedroom doesn't have a safe or a wardrobe (but there is a wall rack) All rooms had a hairdryer, shower gel & shampoo. Large shared space with dining table & chairs, seating for 4 (although not very comfortable) with TV and a large fridge. There are a few plates and bowls (we expected more), cutlery, cups & saucers and hot water...

"I enjoyed staying at this hotel for one night. It is in a nice residential area right on the beach and away from any type of town/city. As such, it is a great place to stay if you are not looking for entertainment, restaurants etc.. Very good value. Small area to sit near the beach which is not at all developed and so very quiet. "

"Amazing property if you’re staying on the beach front. Wake up and take a dive in your private pool or walk a few more steps to the EMPTY beach. Lovely just lovely. However nothing at all in the vicinity, you need to arrange transfers With the hotel or rent one of their scooters for 300 BHT a day. "

And had made breakfast 🍳 is excellent enough to satisfy nice holidays in this good resort. "Being so far from the beaten track and after a long drive one has an image of what to expect. Especially looking at the images online. Unfortunately, the age and Covid times have watched up with this resort. Overall the room and the staff been fantastic. The view of the ocean wonderful. But there is nothing to excite in the way of the environment. Relaxing moments on the beach, it is rocky and not too clean. Or the pool, it is lonely and never visited. Naturally if is very quiet and a building...

"I emailed sananwan beach b&b the day before i was due to arrive to say i would not be able to make the reservation as the taxi driver refused to take me as it was too far from the airport. I asked another taxi driver who contested the same problem. I emailed to let them know but they did not reply to my emails but they did charge me the FULL amount of for the three days i was due to stay. I am very unhappy about being charged for 3 days when i did not stay there. Very disappointed"

"The rooms are cold. Not as cold as the receptionist though. Turned up and they vouldnt find the booking...which was our fault? They then found it. Gave us the keys after making us wait for 25 minutes without an offer of a drink. No one shows you to the room or offers to help with bags up the stairs. The receptionist doesnt look at you when you drop the key or should you dare to ask for your key back...and disturb her pratting with her phone......"
