Staff polite friendly , caring concerned .from our house cleaners to front office to dining room each staff .member went above and beyond helping us we felt like we were family . The area around is not too good but were safe ...."

"Excellent Turkish breakfast with several quality food choices was included. Front desk staff and supprt heloful and gracious. Terrific location among shops and dining of all price ranges, and an essy to walk to hotel in one or two blocks from the train and bus station. The hotel and room was nice and a great value for the price. "

"Building work in hotel, no doorframe in bathroom, traffic noise horrendous all night, lift cranky, carpets on stairs worn through, very run down and not a great place to stay. On the plus side, breakfast was pleasant, service was fine, and no bugs on the 7th floor. Room was clean. Could not recommend this place to anyone, too much traffic noise, and building work a joke, staircases full of building materials. I was charged around 340 TL and I have no idea what for, I had paid a package deal...

"It is a big and old hotel just need a little upgrade. But staff are great, friendly, and very helpful. Especially Nuri bey is one of kind person...Great personality, genuinely try to help you when you need something. 5 star to him."

"This is a cheap hotel, but it was clean. The included breakfast was much better than we expected. It was noisy at night, but the Hotel is located in the city center, very close to many forms of public transportation."
