"Very central to everything in Tsim Sha Tsui. It was comfortable enough to stay for an entire week. Bathroom had a tall, walk-in shower. Great views from the upper floors, too!"

"Location is very central. Fulfilling our needs of two rooms by each other, thank you, great service. We have the King Premiere room and it was roomy. Doesn’t have a workout gym. Lobby was small, looking kind of outdated. The room was very nice, look new. "

"We recently stayed at the Kowloon Shangri-la and had a mixed experience. The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the city with easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. It's perfect for anyone looking to explore the city. The food at the hotel's restaurant was another highlight. Unfortunately we only got to try the breakfast buffet but I must say, it offered a wide variety of delicious options, with fresh ingredients and excellent presentation. Loved the fact that it had a menu catering to people from all over the world. However, the service left much to be desired. The staff seemed to absolutely lack courteousness, hospitality and friendliness. There was absolutely no smile on their faces and the entire experience seemed very transactional with both the front office and the F&B staff. During check-in, there was a long wait, and the front desk staff appeared overwhelmed. The only 2 teams that were really helpful and made our stay worth remembering was the housekeeping and the concierge. The concierge and bell desk especially were extremely efficient and eager to assist. Huge thanks to Dante from the bell desk. Another disappointment was the size of the swimming pool. Never in my life have I come across a 5 star property with a swimming pool the size of a puddle. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential, but the management needs to address the service issues and facilities to truly provide a great stay for its guests."

"Love the area as close to harbor restaurants and entertainment. Peninsular Centre right next door with nice shops etc. Watch repair/dry cleaner drop-off/alteration places/florists/foot massage places/nail shops/tailor shops/eye glass shops/banking/restaurants/money exchange locations/many sidewalk bar-cafes etc. Love the FOG Bar!!!"

"Wonderful hotel and staff. The room we had was large and clean. We opted for the executive room. Well worth the extra cost with access to the lounge and free breakfast. The staff are very professional, attentive, helpful, and friendly. The location made it easy to get around the rest of the area with super convenient metro line, taxis or Uber. Would definitely stay again when coming back."
