Front desk, pool / beach security, pool attendants, our floor attendant Jessica all were so very kind and helpful with everything on our 4 day stay. The hotel is located right on the beach, next to many delicious restaurants and so close to the airport and Old San Juan. Beautiful beach and pool. We stayed in an Ocean View room and the views were spectacular. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. "
