When we first got into the room someone had used the toilet and left it there did not flush or clean it you could smell it when you first came in. I called the front desk and told them about it and told them we are checking out, We was not going to stay in a place that was not cleaned.

The guy at the front desk was very welcoming, kind and helpful. We were also so impressed on how clean everything was and that it smelled fresh and clean in the hallways and room. Wonder stay here, would recommend and would stay here again.

The front desk was very nice about letting us use the kitchen to eat we came in late and cleaned up after ourselves. The shower had black mold and the room smelt of smoke . The handi cap shower was super great . The pool was nice hot tub great .

In the room we were provided the door outside would slam and it would shake my headboard, kids running up and downstairs was not good. The front desk person was very rude. I have been coming to this motel for several years now this was our first bad experience.

The hot tub was a big part of why we chose to stay there and when we got there it was closed for repairs, and there was mold on the ceiling above the shower in the bathroom. Other than that it was a nice room

No where did anyone say when we booked that the hotel had its pool and hot tub drained. Why was this not stated anywhere? Also lady at desk when I called to verify the reservation was very rude. There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom.

Very disappointed
The pool was closed which was the whole reason we booked was so our kids could swim in the pool as a little git a way. When checked in the reception was sub par, didn’t talk much besides asking for a card to put into the system. In our room m, the bathroom door handle looked like it was going to come apart and could not be pushed back together. The breakfast wasn’t great, scrambled eggs were watery, not much options. Bagel/bread was individually packaged in ziplock bags and milk was almost gone, not even enough for our whole family to have some. No variety of flavors of yogurt, just one kind. Never saw a person working there besides when we checked in. Signage outside was falling off of the sign telling what the place was, enterance was not well marked, and hard to see at night.

Hot tub jets don’t work but it’s toasty warm. The pool area needs a deep cleaning! The hot tub surface area is green. The lady who refill the breakfast area wasn’t very pleasant when I told her the sausage needs to be refilled. She was extremely rude that other customers made a comment to me. It was a very unpleasant situation she made.

Great Mini Get-Away
My boyfriend and I loved our stay here. Comfy bed, nice pool and spa, excellent location. The Supper Club next door was amazing. Awesomeness salad bar and food.

The hotel is old. They need to update it. Our room had mold on the bathroom ceiling.The shower faucet was broken and a quick fix to make it work. It was very quiet.

Winter one day getaway before snow and ice

The Motel is always nice and clean. The front desk clerk at check-in during the stay and at check-out was always friendly and helpful the whole time. Your staff was exceptional! Breakfast was really delicious. The gentleman in charge of breakfast did an amazing job. He always made sure everything was full and hot.

Room on first floor, window could not be locked. Anyone could have just climbed in. Does it make any sense to have all the safety locks on the door to the room, and a window that could so easily be breached. I had several hundred dollars in my possession, so I slept with ‘one eye open’. Everything else was pretty good, but no decaf coffee in the breakfast nook? Scrambled eggs and bacon were barely warm. Very clean room, nice shower.

TERRIBLE PLACE
manager was angry we bothered her so we could recharge cards for the 3rd time during our stay. whirlpool was not working properly, pool area ceiling fans dirt laden, pool ceiling tiles discolored & ready to fall, milk for breakfast cereal was an open gallon in small refrigerator. LOOK elsewhere for hotel!!!

My humble opinion
We stopped for one night on October 27th. Overall, everything was acceptable. I do think the entire facility needs to be updated. The room overall was clean. My main issue is the price for the value. We paid 166 dollars with all the taxes, 144 for the room before taxes. Seems high to me for the quality.

Absolutley room from hell! Im surprised this estabaishment is allowed to carry The Wyndham name Terrible room mobility room with Only one grab bar by toilet and then its behind the toilet very diffucult to use My real favorite 1st floor unit no screen on window but the real kicker the damn window does NOT LOCK sheets reeking of cigerratte smoke T chair in room had piece of sheetmetal about half inch in length protruding from rear of chair easy to cut onesself absolute ripp off should be closed desk personal very Unprofessinal; I cant believe Wyndham is affillated with this hell hole we went to get something to eat left sign on window window open took all valuables with us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Picture shown on website totally false!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The room smelled of mold, mildew or something that was clearly not at all pleasant. I left this morning with a headache. The bed was lumpy and I was unable to sleep pretty much the entire night - tossing and turning. There is mouse droppings in the ac/heat unit and this mouse problem may actually be adding to the smell. The entire place is in need of a rehab. It is tired looking and run down. The charge for this room was WAY MORE than it is worth. Breakfast was not even redeeming - only took a banana - didn't trust anything else at this point. The coffee was watery and tasted horrid.
