We wanted to stay at a resort style hotel with a family friendly atmosphere and amenities like a large pool, gym etc. We were very satisfied! Our 2,rooms were larger than expected, very clean and comfortable with full size kitchens and 1.5 bathrooms so we were very happy with our stay. The property was well kept and the staff very accommodating. Ample parking was a huge plus as well. Recommend Palm Canyon Resort highly and will definitely book again when visiting the area.

They didn’t have our room ready for over an hour, told us to come back and it still wasn’t ready. The pool was so packed that you couldn’t get in if you wanted to. The room was so dated.

My niece woke up with bed bug bites! Hotel did absolutely nothing to help. Mangers Patsy was very rude when I spoke to her regarding the situation. She started hotel couldn't do anything until a 3 party came to "investigate". This happened on the couch/pull out bed. When maintenance came to check the bed he lifted the sheet and said I dont see anything maybe it was a mosquito. I would Differently not returning. Especially with very rude and uncaring management. This happen to a 4 year old and nothing was done!!!!!! Highly disappointed in this resort
