Great location for Disney springs lovers and Walt Disney World lovers alike. Walkable distance from Disney springs and extremely close to all the parks by car! Our room had a lovely view of Disney Springs! Will definitely return.

The check in process was so easy! I loved the resort and the pool. The only problem we had was with the transportation that was supposed to take us to the park. We sat and waited and I called the oncall # and talked with the dispatcher but never got an update on if they were coming to get us. We paid for an uber instead.

The entire staff, from entry, valet, check-in/out was amazing and just made everything easy and fun. The beds were also spectacularly comfortable. I can't remember the last time I had such a lovely, sound sleep.

Extremely friendly resort staff. Everyone was so nice, especially the parking / valet team. Clean hotel and great location. Beds were comfy, rooms were nice. Only thing that I didnā€™t like is high parking fee and the resort fee. Super annoying, but still worth staying because service was excellent and location was perfect.

The online check-in made my arrival more pleasantā€”it was a matter of just picking up my room key. By doing the online check in, you are notified once your room is ready, so no waiting around the lobby when you can spend your time shopping, dining, etc.
