sorry for late response . We are a mid 1960 build with a recent million dollar renovation . we do have opening windows in every room - the top windows at the front and back of rooms .kind regardsKellie Ferguson General Manager

I have communicated with you directly and given a refund to your room service and addressed our housekeeping team . My apologies as I had thought for a 4 night stay you would have approached us earlier with any problems so we could have rectified any them immediately however I have seen that you did supply inhouse feedback via expedia during your stay that was not promptly picked up . feedback good or bad is always welcome as this gives us a chance to improve our services . From other reviews you will see these are not problems that we encounter on a regular basis and is not or normal guest experience . I hope you had the time during your stay to explore our diverse dining options and complimentary facilities on site such as the beautiful outdoor swimming pool and gym along with enjoying our complimentary welcome drink and amenities in the room. Our prices are well on par with other Orange accommodation providers and for what Orange has to offer. I hope you will give us another chance when you are back in Orange next time.
