The staff at this property are incredible, everyone from Ryan B who was a wealth of information and our guide to the city, Lance at the coffee bar who makes a room light up, Jasmine who saved me when I forgot my computer charger, Jeffrey who went out of his way to make sure I had coffee for our 5:30 am departures, Jay the security guard, everyone I can't say enough about the hospitality at this hotel... I have stayed in dozens of hotels and this staff is in the top they all make you feel welcome and like they know you ... I will go back to the Virgin because of the people.

The Virgin hotel met all of our needs for a stay in New Orleans. Loved the boutique feel of the hotel, quirky, modern design, super clean, great staff, great rooms. If you are tired of staying in mediocre, chain hotels whose rooms lack any character and are Ok at best, try a boutique hotel, you won't be disappointed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
