We stayed at The Scandia Inn because it looked really cute the last time we were in McCall. From the outside it has a very log cabininy look to it. Inside you thought you were walking into a European hotel room. We spent three weeks in Europe and felt like we were back. Extremely clean. Super comfy bed! And decorated very cute. We would stay here again for sure.

Sparkling Clean & Welcoming
Extra effort was made to special details such as - smore kits, breakfast bags & fresh flowers in the room! Staff was friendly & welcoming. The rooms were sparkling clean! There were some areas that seemed sub par; no door matt inside to collect snow/rain mess, cheap residential bathroom fixtures and low end toiletries. The motel isn't very quiet - you can hear other rooms, people etc... Overall good stay - love the attention to detail. Just wish the rooms were more insulated & offered commercial vs. residentail bathroom fixtures (window, shower faucet, shower door etc...).

Beautiful Scandinavian design interior. Lovely inn. Great customer service. The room, restroom is on the smaller side for a family of 4 and came across a spider in the bedroom 🕷🕷other than that, loved that the room had an air purifier. Not many amenities besides a fire pit area. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful but lacking
Beautifully renovated! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Waffle truck on Saturday was nice. Beautiful outdoor gathering space with a fire pit was a nice added bonus. A few things were a bit frustrating/disappointing: no mini fridge, microwave, desk/table, or hair dryer. Those feel like essentials when you’re at a hotel. Our TV didn’t work some of the time. Also, the parking lot is not big enough for trailers (even though we were told it was).

Hi Amber! Thank you for staying with us and for your feedback. We do not have mini fridges or microwaves in the rooms at this time because they are high touch items, but are available upon request. There are also hair dryers in each bathroom. We apologize that you were unaware of these amenities. We hope to see you stay again!

Amazing find!
This place is i very comfortable and well decorated. Has all the amenities you'd need. There's no mini fridge for leftover food or to keep drinks, but aside from that would 10/10 recommend staying here!

This is a unique inn with an interesting history. Our room was very appealing and quiet. The beds were extremely comfortable and afforded us a great night's sleep. Many furniture pieces were made from reclaimed wood from the nearby ski resort which is really cool. The shower was spacious and the "rain" shower head was very relaxing. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent recommendations for dining. The location was great for walking downtown to shops and to the lake. Would definitely stay here again on next trip to McCall.

A beautiful place to stay! The rooms are beautifully remodeled and the decor is very aesthetically pleasing. The reclaimed wood furniture resemble pieces I would want in my own home. Very happy with our stay.

Loved the updates. My only downside is there was no hairdryer. Otherwise, beautifully remodeled, very quiet, easy check-in/out.

Beautiful grounds, newly remodeled, very clean. Craig the host was very friendly and helpful. The beds were amazingly comfortable. They hadn’t yet installed their AC units, so it did get warm at night but the floor fan helped keep the air circulating.

Just Wonderful!
The manager really went out of his way to help us. He was really excellent. The hotel was really clean. They even were using a surgical UV Light system to sanitize the rooms.

Jewell of McCall hotels!
This was a hidden gem in my trip to Idaho. I discovered they had just finished a complete remodel on this place shortly before we stayed there. It's is impeccably redone and beautifully modern and chic. The place was spotless clean and so comfortable. The location is so convenient to everything McCall has to offer. You'll love it (in my opinion) and I'm picky!

This was a wonderful place to stay, the rooms are just gorgeous, nice outdoor spaces to hang out and relax. Super close to all the shops, dining and lake - I walked everywhere! Already booked my next trip, can't wait!

Great low cost place for ski/snowboarding trip!
Stayed here as part of a snowboarding trip to Brundage Mountain Resort. A nice location walking distance to downtown. One of the more affordable locations in Mccall. Check-in was a little unusual because the lobby was locked. The lobby clerk was out of office. They have a Ring service to get a hold of the clerk when they are out of office. About 1 beer and 15min later I settled into my room. Room was well furnished and clean. Would go back to this location next time I'm in McCall.
