The hotel was clean and respectable for an older hotel. The mattress was old too though - it needs to be replaced for a better night's sleep as it was sagging in the middle.

Very comfortable, very clean, quiet neighborhood, very close to metro stop. One of our rooms was right next to the dining room on the 7th floor which meant quite some noise from late night chats by other clients and early breakfast preparation. Room 701 should not be given out.

Really enjoyed my stay at their hotel. Although, it was only for one night, the service, staff, food and room were excellent! I will definitely recommend to any coming to Lisbon, Portugal on a budget. Very affordable!

Ok for somewhere to sleep after a festival but not somewhere you would want to holiday. The room needed redecoration, a lot of mould under the window. The bedding needed replacing, as did the mattress. Kettle in the room but no coffee or black tea, just some strange herbal teabags. No shampoo or conditioner. No soundproofing at all, sounded like neighbours were in the same room.

The place is not the best. The showerhead does not stay put because it does not fit. There is no bar. The rooftop area is pretty but inside is just an area to eat for a buffet breakfast.

The property was not well maintained, A/C was insufficient, and the rooftop restaurant was understaffed a served mostly reheated frozen food. Also, there was not a shuttle to the airport as advertised, they simply called you a taxi that you had to pay for.

Ideal location away from the touristy areas but still in close proximity to the activity. A rooftop bar with an incredible view of the surrounding area while you sip on a welcome drink. The facility was very clean given the age of the building. There is a lift from reception to the rooms however access from the street to reception requires climbing a few steps. A large number of restaurants,cages and bars in walking distance.
