"Very helpful front desk ladies during check in and when I forgot my key in my room- and super cute! Room was clean and had enough space for my luggage. Iron was helpful for a wrinkled shirt. Laundry upstairs was convenient. Easy transportation access and not so far from Itami by cab or train. Connected to a mall so plenty of shopping and dining. Would stay again for sure."

"It is a very satisfying hotel.Above all, the location couldn't be better. All transportation is convenient and airport limousines are available right in front of the hotel. The hotel is old but very clean. The bathroom amenities are of excellent quality and water pressure is very strong. It's a shame that the hotel will close next year.
