"Good value for money nice rooms but the bed could be better "

We arrived at the hotel quite early well before official check-in and our room was ready which was a bonus. The procedure for accessing the building and the room (once you are present on the site of the hotel) was clear. Two small suggestions: (1) stop relying on the app to verify identity, as not everyone has a phone that it works on. (2) if you tell guests the kitchen has coffee making facilities etc., make sure the kitchen...

"The room was clean and the bathroom had been recently remodeled. Checking in was a bit difficult with the management not on premise. The owners are making efforts to upgrade the property and could spend some time tidying up the front parking area and entry which is not very inviting. "

"Good location, not too close from city center (about a 40 minute walk), but still close to smaller shops and restaurants. Room was on the smaller side but it was very clean. Very simple breakfast provided which consisted of cereal, juice/tea/coffee and yogurt cups, nothing fancy but enough to get the day started. Check-in is a little different since you have to call a number to have access to the front door. Still a lovely stay."

"You get what you pay for. Above a bar, so loud, and no lift, so going up two flights or more of stairs with luggage. But in city center, so that adds a lot of value. Staff was basically not there. Again, you get what you pay for."

"Very easy to access, 5-10mins walk from centre of Oxford. 5 mins to a Tesco Express which was very useful. Really tidy, great mini-kitchen, and a really tidy shower room/toilet - no bath though. Just wish I'd stayed there the other nights I was in Oxford. Great choice here."
