Room was in a poor condition. Smell coming from the air condition. Sofa bed was uncomfortable and sheets were missing from the cover. Pillows uncomfortable. Shampoo, soap and coffee have not been added daily - had to request every day.

Was not the room I Booked. Was not treated very well when calling in regards to extra charges on our card. Jacuzzi was very dirty. Will not return. They called and texted me all weekend to do a tour but never fixed the problem. Worst weekend trip ever.

It’s not fully Ocean view room , some time tower is not clean and cup has others lipstick on. Restaurant always tastes different even you order same thing at same restaurant. Staff - most are friendly, sweat corner staff always not have smile - seem not like this job may be too busy.

The room are not all in great condition the pictures that you see on line are for the renovated rooms that the give to the members if you are paying to stay. Let’s just say you may not get one of the nice ones
