"Great venue friendly staff"

"Turned up 4 people they said room only for 3 max. My friend offered to stay in a hammock outside the room . Not accepting that she then forked out over £100 for another room which was only available 1 night we were there for 2. Then the management the next day had a change of heat and all 4 of us were allowed in the original room . Disgusting treatment just to get another £100+"

Sombra has changed the level of our vacations, and we now look for “Sombra-alike” places everywhere we go. 24h pools, wet bar, restaurant (the breakfast is amazing cook-to-order and self service!). Your only regret will be not to stay longer. Prepare to change your vacation level forever. "
