A lovely hotel with very big and comfortable rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is close to a train station, but quite far from anything else.

Great value for the money, especially for Zürich. It is slightly far from the tourist areas, but for 1/4th the price of a 4 star hotel, it’s totally worth it. My only complaint was that the room got too hot at night and I couldn’t figure out how to turn down the temp, but that’s probably my fault for being an idiot. If you’re looking for an affordable option in Zürich, this is it. Rooms are huge, in great condition, have a nice balcony and the staff is excellent. Thank you The Flag Zürich and I look forward to coming back.

We booked two rooms here. Our stay was nothing short of pleasant. The staff were amazing and very helpful. The hotel offered 24/7 coffee machine, which was a great treat after returning from sight seeing. We cannot wait to return.

Our stay was pretty pathetic. The room we had was dirty, the power didn’t work, they wouldn’t allow us to turn on the heat. No accountability by staff members, the manger I spoke with by email also didn’t bother to improve the situation by a partial refund considering 3/5 nights were NOT good. Might as well have gone camping.

Booked this hotel as it was indicated as "VIP" offer on hotels.com. The hotel itself was not bad and clean. Only downsides were: a) no AC so it was steaming hot in the room even with windows opened and plug in fan turned on; b) as hotels.com "VIP", free breakfast was only offered for the one person who made the booking. I just told my spouse to eat elsewhere instead of paying 20 CHF for additional breakfast. Breakfast food was only average anyway.

The hotel is very modern with friendly staff, good facilities and very clean. The room was spacious but fairly utilitarian and basic really. That has to be the most uncomfortable bad that I have ever ‘slept’ on. My partner agreed and when I mentioned it to the receptionist on check-out she volunteered that it was too hard.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff Natali and Rafael went out of their way to take care of us, help us with a last minute reservation, and handled any and all requests with a smile and excellent attitude. The breakfast was great, there’s coffee all day, and a nice frozen yogurt afternoon treat. The room we stayed in was beautiful, with a balcony and enough windows to help with ventilation. Location was also close to tram to get you anywhere in the city quickly. Thank you Natali and Rafael for an excellent stay! We loved this place and you guys were wonderful!

Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was on the expensive side for fitout and convenience. Location is good with parking available upon reservation and public transport nearby. There is no A/C at the hotel and it was extremely warm and stuffy.

Close to stadium and mall

Mid June having no A/C and smells of smokers around wasn’t great. Vicinity requires a taxi. Bike rental was nice way to take a 30 minute ride to the main city. Very small room like being on a cruise ship. Laundry and weight room was nice and small fits only 2 people. Too small for one week stay. Stairs up to 3rd floor gives good exercise. Nearby indoor mall was 5 min walk. Thick layer of dust above kitchen area kept me sneezing. Asked for it to be cleaned and staff miscommunications never got it done. Nice new coffee, ice cream and vending machine in lobby with no A/C

We appreciate direct contact. 8 Month later it is of course a bit difficult to find the exact error. 👍Free soft serve in the lobby (but only certain hours) No AC Room faced an alley that had a motion activated light that went on and off all night long and lit up our room. Walk to transportation wasn’t super convenient.

We decided not to install air-conditioning units to protect the environment and reduce our carbon footprint, and do have this on our website so guests are aware. This is not a 2 star property - This is a 4 star Hotel! Modern. Clean. Excellent amenities (even washer and dryer on site). And the staff were over and above - 5 star staff. I would highly recommend!

Spacieuses, agréables et bien équipées, elles font qu’on s’y sent tout à fait à son aise.
