Decent hotel but although they say there is parking, it's actually the train station car park, and quite a trek with your luggage. It was a struggle to find the entrance to the car park, especially if you've never visited before, and when you're not advised in advance of where the parking is. We parked for about 15 hours (overnight), and according to the information in the room, parking would only cost €15 for the duration of our stay. The reception duly stamped our parking ticket to ensure this was the case. When we left the hotel, we discovered that it was costing us €30!! Adding this to the price of the hotel makes it an expensive hotel for what you get. There was a fair sized hole in the middle of the duvet cover and what appeared to be a coin sized blood stain on the net curtains. I personally would not stay there again.

Great hotel in Winterthur Switzerland. Despite being near the central RR station, it was very quiet! Good breakfast bar. Clean and spacious rooms. I would use this next time as my main hotel to travel to other destinations in Switzerland. Has great rail road connection to most other cities in Switzerland!

Zurich trip .. by Winterthur

Most definitely one of my best stay. Front dest Maik is an awesome employee.. he went over ad beyond to ensurr guest are conformable. The train station is right by this hotel so trip to zurich City is stressless . I will recommend this anytime...any day. Also be sure to try the restaurant down stair.. Argentina

Confortable hotel near train station

Hotel is very near the main station, very convenient. With the windows closed, no noise from trains etc. Friendly an competent receptionist. Good breakfast. Clean and confortable room and bed. Minor niggle: in the bathroom the silicone or rubber strip on the movable part of the shower partition is missing; thus the bathroom floor is flooded if you shower.

Great hotel near the train station. A little bit inconvenient are the opening hours of the reception. Nobody around after 6 pm and the key box is very small and dark.

Great location

I booked this for a business colleague. She was happy with the accomodation. Later I booked here again directly with the hotel for Family members with mobility constraints. While they assured me the room was accessible, it was only accessible from the ground floor to the room, the room itself was not all that accessible, the bathtub is very high and difficult to get in and out of for those with mobility issues. If you book here and need an accessible room call the front desk directly well in advance and state that you need a room with a walk in shower. They do not have many of these rooms and were unable to accommodate this need.

地點在鄰近火車站，十分方便交通，附近飲食食店也不少。雖鄰近火車站，但安靜，十分好。提供的早餐很好頗豐富。 酒店環境一般，地氈有些污糟。浴室去水不是很好，令洗澡時水有些浸及濺水浴室門。職員態度可以，但弄錯了我們入住的Keycard,導致Keycard失效，我們晚上10：40pm回酒店無法用Keycard開酒店大門（Reception，10pm closed),亦無法乘lift上樓，打酒店電話無人接聽。幸運地有住客出現協助（她用的Keycard陪同我地乘lift上樓）。但幸好Keycard可以入房間！翌日通知職員昨晚問題，回覆是職員弄錯Keycard導致失效！其實問題很嚴重，如果昨晚沒有住客出現及協助，我和家人恐怕要在大堂過夜。事件令人對酒店信心大失！
