"Decided to stay 2 extra nights (that was pre-booked a month earlier) after our rail tour and we kept the same room which was fine but I had to check out in the morning then recheck in each day, why not just extend it in the computer. Then at dinner with the tour group they wouldn’t give us butter ..."
