"Restaurant very nice. A destination restaurant not just a hotel lobby restaurant. Decent spa and indoor pool. Nice spread for breakfast - expected pricing for the country. Room cleaning staff did not change sheets regularly / refill soap until we spoke with manager. Everything was sorted out after that. Very pleased with the hotel and would happily return."
"** READ & AVOID THIS HOTEL **
We have stayed there many times but now never again. Definitely not a 4 star hotel!
The disgusting lack of cleanliness in the room was our main issues.
We went to sleep in the bed, we noticed there was no sheet, when we pulled back the fitted sheet it was stained! There was approximately 6 or 7 different stains on the sheet! We complained they sent up cleaning staff & she went to put the new fitted sheet on it also was also stained. Nobody is bothering to check if...
"We stayed one night on the ss Rotterdam with 2 kids (16 and 12). Both liked the experience and the water taxi to the MarketHall. Nice change from a standard hotel.
The pool unfortunately was closed and the dinner service at Lido (on board restaurant), was fully booked so we ended up at the bar and ate snacks which worked well. There was enough selection that even the pickiest eaters found something.
Did not get a chance for the tour but would like to do it in the future.
Would recommend...
"The rooms were cleaned daily. Front desk staff were very professional. Tons of shops & restaurants nearby. We travel a lot, and this was the most comfortable hotel we stayed at recently. Rooms were spacious & the AC temp was set perfectly. Plenty of natural light in the room but you can just draw the curtains to keep the light out especially during the summer months. They also have a snack bar/market which is open 24/7 if you get hungry for snacks. Overall very satisfied with our stay."
