"The hotel claims 4 star, sadly it may have been 4 star 20 years ago but not now, it’s tired and dated. The toilet flush did not work properly and had to be fixed, the bathroom door was rubbing against the floor. Staff were helpful, breakfast ok. It’s about 15 minutes walk from the nearest station which was a bit of trek in wet conditions but that’s my problem. It’s a bit far from central Milan, more a residential area that you might prefer."

"About 900 yards by walk to nearest metro, a bit far by walk.Takes metro, you'll reach to duomo in 10 mins. The hotel was provided many various choices for breakfast. Close to a very good Asian buffet restaurant 168."

"Don’t recommend this Hotel. Look somewhere else nicer. Don’t trust the other nice reviews like I did. This hotel was over priced for what it offered. Bed was not comfortable. Pillows sucked. The Ad shows a bunch of pillows but when we arrived there were only 2. Also these pillows were flat like cardboard and stiff. Not good at all. Theres also basically no storage for anything, no closets or nothing.
Then the bathroom. The bathroom was extremely annoying - no sink space, no space to store...

"I really enjoyed the feel of this hotel. The ambiance was cool. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They helped with directions, restaurant suggestions and always seemed happy to assist.
They will hold your luggage in case you arrive early and your room is not ready.
Our floor had a little fountain so we could refill our water bottles for free.
I asked for a bucket with ice to chill my wine, which they had no problem getting.

"Die Betten sind super bequem und das Frühstück auch lecker aber nichts besonderes. Was ein riesen Störfaktor war, dass man sehr früh morgens durch den Baustellenlärm (direkt neben an) wach wird und auch die Zimmer sehr hellhörig sind und die Leute die Türen zu knallen, wobei man definitiv wach wird und alles im Flur zu hören ist. Also ausschlafen ist nicht möglich (ab 7/8 Uhr wach). Allgemein aber ein sehr schönes Hotel."

"Well located with just a few mins walk from Milan Centrale Train station.
Lots of places to eat nearby.
The staff are very helpful.

"The room was old but spacious. The biggest drawback was the stairway entrance; if staff weren't present, we had to carry our own luggage up to the lobby. Additionally, the air conditioning was problematic, likely due to an outdated system. I had to call an employee to reset it, which was a time-consuming process."

"Room was very clean and comfortable. Loved having a balcony both in the room and bathroom as well. Very convenient to Milano Centrale station (around the corner). Metro station at the end of the block so easy to get around the city. Excellent restaurant - Caffe Panzera for breakfast, lunch, and dinner right next door on the corner. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay if back in Milan!"

Arrivati sabato alle 14 (orario indicato per il check in) la stanza non era pronta e siamo dovuti uscire per temporeggiare fino alle 14.30, con le ragazze delle pulizie che hanno dato una pulita sommaria per farci un favore.
