"Very nice staff - very helpful with everything. Common area kitchen allows you to make lattes and cappuccinos for free, which is very nice!! Room is nicely appointed, hotel is in a great location. Not for the disabled, as you have to climb several (15) steps to get into and out of the hotel. Other than that, a great place to stay!"
"Always amazing to stay at the Orient, although noticed front desk reception is totally understaffed.
Waited for a long time to check in at 2pm and also waited for close to 5 mins when checking out at 6.30am.
Need more staff. Unacceptable for the quality of the hotel. "
"Stayed for one night only but this was a great boutique hotel in the heart of the pedestrian area of Jerusalem. Would definitely come back. Clean rooms and bathrooms."
"Estuvimos 12 días en el Hotel y nos fue de maravilla en todos los aspectos. Desde q llegamos hasta q nos fuimos disfrutamos al máximo las amenidades del hotel. El personal súper atento y servicial. La ubicación insuperable. Muy contentos , regresamos seguro "
"It was so amazing. We loved the culture and the sights. The service asa as good as any 5-star hotel I’ve stayed at. The people in general were friendly and kind. "

The rooms include a small refrigerator which is great for keeping drinks cool. The hotel is off Jaffa St. directly across from...
"After the workout, the guy at the snack shop didn’t have change for my bill and he said “no worries, take your stuff and pay the next time “ for real!!!
Doesn’t get better than that, I went to my room and came back later with a small bill "
