Leider kann ich die vielen guten Rezensionen überhaupt nicht verstehen. Von außen macht es einen tollen Eindruck, das ist aber auch alles. Parkplätze für 8,50€ sind viel zu wenige vorhanden, man muss z. T. auf der Wiese stehen, wo es eigentlich nicht gestattet ist. Die Einrichtung ist deutlich abgewohnt, die Duschkabine ist komplett undicht somit ist das komplette Bad nach dem Duschen überschwemmt. Im Bad ist Schimmelbildung überall, auch an den Fenstern im Schlafzimmer. Die Zimmerreinigung ist unterirdisch, es werden nur die Betten gemacht und Handtücher gewechselt. Wir hatten 4Tage ein verschmutztes Bettlaken welches leider auch nicht gewechselt wurde. Das Frühstück war leider auch nicht empfehlenswert. Täglich aufgebackene Brötchen zum Teil noch nass, fehlende Zutaten wurden nur auf Nachfrage aufgefüllt. 3 Marmeladenspender vorhanden, einer blieb sechs Tage leer. Außenanlage ist toll, konnte aber nicht genutzt werden, da Liegen und Stühle im Fahrradschuppen verwahrt wurden. Bar wurde leider auch nur an 2 Tagen geöffnet , als auf dem neben dem Hotel befindlichem Festplatz Konzerte stattfanden. Achtung, bei der Buchung wird es so dargestellt, dass jedes Zimmer Balkon oder Terrasse hat, dem ist leider nicht so. Die Mängel sind den Mitarbeitern bekannt, werden mit einem Betreiberwechsel begründet. Das Hotel hat viel Potenzial, die Lage ist hervorragend aber leider wird das nicht genutzt. Absolut keine Empfehlung von uns, wir können nur abraten.

Wir waren mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Es wurde täglich gefragt ob man eine Eierspeise möchte. Diese wurde nach Wunsch frisch zubereitet. Auch sonst war die Auswahl sehr groß und immer wieder unterschiedlich. Das Hotelzimmer war etwas in die Jahre gekommen dafür aber sauber. Ein Teil wird gerade saniert, was aber nicht zu Beeinträchtigungen geführt hat. Herzlichen Dank! Wenn wir einmal wieder nach Zingst kommen, gerne wieder bei Marks Garni.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und gühlten uns auf das Liebenswürdigste willkommen. Das Frühstück war einfach nur wunderbar. Tolle Zubereitung, für jeden Gaumen etwas dabei, sehr schmackhaft und mit Liebe gemacht. Der Service war überall sehr gut ebendo die sorgfältige Reinigung des Zimmers und wir hatten eine bezsauberde Woche. Danke Allen, die daran mitgewirkt haben.

Ein sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Das Frühstücksbüffet war üppig und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Hafen vom Zingst ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt, ebenso die Fußgängerzone und der Strand. Wer ein Hotel etwas abseits des Touristenrummels sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Herzlichen Dank nochmals für diesen tollen Aufenthalt.

Schönes Hotel direkt hinterm Deich zum Bodden.

Das Hotel liegt absolut ruhig direkt hinter dem Deich zum Boden in einer größer abgelegen Parkanlage. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind super sauber, groß und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war gut und toll angerichtet. Für uns eine klare Empfehlung!

Ich fand die Belüftung im Bad zu laut. Sie geht gleich an, sobald Licht dort angemacht wird. Eine alternative Beleuchtung ist nicht vorhanden. Finde ich im Doppelzimmer ungünstig.
