"Finding the hotel was the worst part of the experience. Airport staff were very unhelpful and abrupt. The hotel description does not state the entry is on level two (after you pass the international arrivals). Maybe an actually picture of the hotel entrance would be helpful, especially for person booking in after hours. The hotel itself and amenities were very decent. There is also no food you can order after 7:30pm "

"Front desk did not speak English. Bad start. Very clean and spacious. Did not have a bar. Rooms were big and nice. The shower was a mess! No shower curtain to stop water from going all over the bathroom. The property felt very empty of life. No people in or around. The breakfast was spectacular. The evening host for dinner was great. Spoke English and very accommodating "

"I would not recommend this hotel in winter as the heating capability for the whole hotel was malfunctioning. We ended up having two radiators and extra blankets to get warm through the night. Otherwise this hotel is clean and located within walking distance from the massive Livat Mall with 100’s of restaurants to choose from. Also great location if you are travelling via Daxing airport. "
