I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express Zhengzhou Airport and was impressed by several aspects of the hotel. The staff were both friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The service was excellent, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. My room was clean and quiet, providing a peaceful retreat after a long day. The only downside I encountered was the lack of a pedestrian path for walking around the 8 km distance. This made it a bit challenging to explore the surrounding area on foot. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel for its great service and hospitality.

搭飛機前夜一泊，雖然偏僻但附近就有住宅小區，很多東西可以吃。房間不失望地非常寬敞，凌晨五點還有專車接送至機場，又貼心地附上了外帶的早餐（水煮蛋、香蕉、蘋果、牛奶），很舒服又不貴。

Hotel do not use air conditioning during 90 degree tem, hot room, breakfast is not useable for USA customer, they refused to activate AC, Expedia should take this hotel of the list, we book this hotel because is American company but it runs very poorly, never will book this hotel again

Convenient to the airport

The room was clean and big enough but the TV was tiny. Breakfast was pretty good. The hotel is close to the airport and provides free shuttles during business hours. I had to leave for the airport before 7:00AM. Ordered paid transportation from the hotel to the airport for 30RMB but I think it was worth the peace of mind. Taxi could be cheaper. The hotel did have a gym but equipped with cheap equipments and most weight lifting equipment were broken :-(
