Room with very comfortable beds, which is the hotel's strongest point, service by the guys at breakfast very bad, no desire to work, bathroom located on the ground floor with a smell worse than a public bathroom in the city center, where I have already informed the management so that they can take action. Very nice pool for families. Good hotel for families on vacation and good breakfast!

Mucho por mejorar

Muy flojo el desayuno, poca variedad, no funcionaba el tostador, flojo servicio ya que ponian las tazas pero en algunas mesas habia que buscar cucharas, cuchillos, etc. El restaurante poca variedad en la carta y no tenían lo que pedias. con Fue un viaje familiar para descansar pero el hotel estaba con trabajos de albañilería, esto dificulto el descanso por ruidos molestos. No respetan los horarios de apertura de la pileta climatizada y no cambian las toallas de las habitaciones.

Espaço lindíssimo e confortável.

O hotel é lindo, limpo, bem cuidado, confortável. A única exceção foi a qualidade das toalhas que estavam até rasgadas. E o atendente do Check in não deu o desconto IVA para estrangeiros até que eu perguntei e ele emitiu outra fatura com o desconto. Ou seja, se eu não falasse, não teria. E é 21% do valor. Dá uma boa diferença.

Buen hotel para pasar una o dos noches

El hotel tiene buenas instalaciones pero se nota que ya tiene sus años. Un poco percudidos los sanitarios del baño, supongo que porque el agua tiene mucho sarro. La zona es muy ruidosa porque está pegado a la autopista Panamericana, pero tiene ventanas con doble vidrio que aislan bastante los ruidos. El personal atiende bien pero un poco lentos y les faltaría mostrarse un poco más amables

Tentaram cobrar um valor diferente do valor da reserva, mesmo apresentando passaporte queriam cobrar o iva(imposto do país, que não pode ser cobrado se for pago em cartão e apresentando o passaporte)

Es muy diferente a otros hoteles. Agradezco eso sí que estaba la administradora quien tuvo la deferencia de esperar al check out para cobrar. En este hotel el huevo al desayuno se paga aparte, además te cobran las llaves magnéticas lo cual es primera vez que lo veo en ningún hotel me había pasado. Me tocó la mala suerte que había un evento Por lo cual el ruido era infernal. Al interior las habitaciones no están muy bien aisladas del ruido y cualquier cosa que pase en el pasillo se escucha como si estuviera pasando al interior de tu habitación. En el aspecto positivo podría nombrar que el interior del Hotel es bonito, además fui bien atendido en el restaurante, el personal es muy simpático y comprensivo. Faltan más opciones para las personas celíacas y los que tienen intolerancia a la leche de vaca, sin embargo el personal trató de complacerme en ese sentido y de muy buena forma.

Hotel excelente. O cara da recepção não era muito simpático e nem tinha boa vontade em atender os hóspedes, achei que esse é o ponto fraco do hotel. Na época em que fomos (marco 2024), a cidade estava infestada de mosquitos, nunca tinha visto algo parecido. Recomendo levar repelente e inseticida.
