Fabulous two night stay for the solar eclipse. Great location near to the statio and Expo centre- plenty of buses into the city centre. The staff were very helpful, even giving us free eclipse glasses. Room was spotlessly clean with very effective air-conditioning and comfortable beds. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. The only suggestion is that we would have appreciated a kettle in the room.

This hotel was excellent value. It was in a good neighbourhood and very centrally located. It was on bus and team routes and getting around was easy. The town itself was well worth a visit.

Very nice stay with parking facilities, helpful staff and great location.

Clean room, city centre

Staff were very good, food excellent, rooms comfortable, can not fault this place

All ok

Lovely location but bedroom’s a bit dated

Clean rooms. Had the quadruple rooms with lounge and connecting doors, fabulous space. Air con brilliant. Recommend, breakfast good value.

Location was excellent, ideal for all the sights and restaurants in the old city. The parking was tricky - our car just fitted into their lift. Would not accommodate a large 4×4.

Exceptionally friendly staff, quick check in and out.

Staff at reception spoke English and advised us regarding dinner and breakfast. Great bar with reasonable prices. The dinner was à la carte and a Spanish style set menu at a great price . Petrol station immediately next door. Basic rooms are ok and deluxe good.

It was a lovely stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I accidentally bent back my finger in the swimming pool and staff couldn’t be more helpful. Also they were really helpful with the language issues as we speak no Spanish (had to rely on Google translate to understand) but they did their very best to help us to understand.

Arrived earlier than planned,Mary was very helpful and signed us in. Bar/restaurant staff v friendly and helpful. Food good and plentiful, price very reasonable. Thank you
