très bel établissement idéalement situé pour un séjour reposant.
Bon accueil dans l'ensemble de l'équipe et très bonne table .
il est à noter quelques problèmes d'organisation liés à la période du ramadan ...sans gravité sur le déroulement du séjour

descriptif non conforme
l'offre expédia indiquée chambre + petit déjeuner offert, à l'arrivée la réception nous indique que le petit déjeuner n'est pas compris, que notre réservation concerne uniquement la chambre sans petit déjeuner !!!
De plus, suite à un dégât des eaux dans la chambre voisine, nous avons été réveillés à 5h du matin par le personnel parlant très fort et déplaçant tous les meubles avec beaucoup de bruit. L'hôtel étant situé en campagne et au calme nous ne nous attendions pas à avoir un tel réveil !!!

Hotel met mooie faciliteiten maar een beetje 'koud
Wij hebben hier 1 nacht overnacht en het ontbijt genomen. Het onthaal van het personeel is heel zakelijk, professioneel. Heel het hotel straalt een beetje 'vervlogen chic' uit

Hotel de bon confort
Nous avons passé un bon séjour au Palais des Cerisiers. Alors que des panneaux de signalisation ont bien été disposés à l´entree d.Azrou pour indiquer l itinéraire il n.y avait pas d indication nette devant l hotel ce qui fait que nous y sommes passé devant sans savoir que c’etait notre hotel et nous avons dû faire demi tour pour demander notre chemin.....
Une fois arrivés nous avons été surpris par l’ampleur des travaux d agrandissement mais nous n.avons subi aucun désagrément du fait de ces travaux.
Notre suite était près de la piscine désertée à cette période donc coin peu bruyant.
Pas d.internet dans la chambre uniquement dans le restaurant et le bar.
Le restaurant est très bon et le service parfait.
Il faut vite profiter d.aller au Palais des Cerisiers avant que ce charmant hôtel devienne une escale touristique à grande échelle.et de ce fait soit moins intimiste.
