Rooms were clean, just old. They do have roaches, they were seen in our suite and in my parents suite. I didn't like having to take out the trash at the end of my stay either. I don't know why that bothers me so much, but having to put garbage in my car, really made my blood boil!! It wasn't bad ...

The Colonies at Williamsburg
When traveling without kids this resort is not necessarily adult friendly. The indoor pool is loud and lively and the jacuzzi has little toddlers in it. I think more adult only time and no small children in jacuzzi is in order!

Marriott's Manor Club at Ford's Colony
The property was fine, but the front desk staff never told us that parking was an additional $20/day + tax. He simply handed us the parking pass. (This was AFTER our room was not ready at the promised check in time of 4pm. We had to wait almost 2 hours to get into our room.) Nor was the parking fee ...
