We ended up getting it fixed but had issues upon arrival. Food and drink was expensive but because its so far from everything, you have no other option. "

Received mixed instructions from reception and handy man. Why can't this be in a welcome booklet, saving guests all the anxiety? Sauna area was good but there was no convenient way from...

"The hotel is lovely in a peaceful setting of the mountains. It had a restaurant and bar, but only offered breakfast and drinks, which stopped after 8 p.m. We had to find a shop and buy whatever food we could, for a meal."

"Made a reservation, called during their business hours to confirm check in, no one answered. After several tries they were not able to get a hold of them. We ended up booking a different hotel for this reason and this hotel still charged us the full amount without us even able to check in. This is a total scam."
