This hotel gets 9/10 because of only a couple of small minor inconveniences; firstly no TV remote in room (but I didn't need the TV so no issue), secondly the shower head was little loose meaning it was hard to get under the water. "Der Ferienpark ist super gepflegt, es gibt viele Spielplätze und Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Das Personal auf dem gesamten Gelände ist stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt und wurde den Möglichkeiten entsprechend gereinigt. Allerdings bemerkt man schnell, dass hier schon viele Familien mit Kindern Urlaub gemacht haben: Flecken und Macken an den Tapeten und auf den Teppichböden im Wohn- und Schlafbereich. "Great views, cool crisp air, good food and service, nice trails nearby...just refreshing. We really enjoyed the overall great hospitality. Highlights: the shower is amazing, the bathroom looks newly renovated and they had an elevator. No real downside other than I thought the bed was too firm but that's personal preference."
