"The parking issue was not run well, could not charge to the room, app was not very usable. Lots of people were having same issue when we checked in. The evening gathering for drinks and snacks was not welcoming. The bar was fine and he was courteous. But the event was supposed to start at 5:30 pm. They came at 5:50 finally, and it was cold, out of a bag from the store products. Veggies, chips and salsa, cubed cheese and crackers. I remember a time when it was a very nice spread, not just out of a bag and dumped in. I have recently stayed at the Omaha and Salt Lake City facility. They were so much better, no comparison. This was a sad attempt to accommodate your clientele. One hotel client had not had his room cleaned; we were there at 5: 30 pm. He was very mad.... Surely you can do Beter than that. Our family had 3 rooms on Saturday night. We will not be back."
