Desa the manager was very helpful. The apartment is in fair close location however near very loud road and among buildings that seemed under construction. The kitchenette well equiped. The mayor problem was that air-conditioning was completely molded and it was hazardous to use. The parent has no radiator even in bathroom. Then AC was out of order the room was completely cold and humid. Additionally the shower tube was clogged and you had to take very short shower because later the water would flood the floor. Bed was not comfortable as well. The mattress seemed very used and had marks of bed bugs, however i found any. In stead of exchanging the mattress they seemed to be washing it. And the most important - we decided for this location because in their add they had free bicycles. On arrival it tourned out that no bacicles were available for use as all were rusted and out of order. To wrap up- the stay was a disappointment and i regret the booking. If wasn't for Desa who tried to be helpful I would go with worse notes.

GREAT STAY!

We loved our stay. Desa is a super caring host! The room is lovely and clean and we could park our car right in front of the villa free of charge. The place is only a 10 minutr walk to the old town. Recommended!

Great communication with the host, however, that’s where the positives end about this property. First of all, it’s not a villa, it’s an annex built in some industrial area of the city. The old town is circa 15 minutes walking from there and the walk isn’t great. Secondly, there is no window, the entrance door serves as a window and you need to keep it open to have air inside the apartment as it gets insanely stuffed. However, once you open it, it gets pretty noisy and it’s hard to sleep, as there is a huge avenue steps away from the property. The mattress was pretty bad as well. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all

Vicinissimo al mare. Vicinissimo all'ingresso del centro antico. Esattamente 10 minuti a piedi. Desa, l'host, è gentilissimo e da mille informazioni.abbiamo preso un tour tramite lui ed è stato molto positivo. Consiglio vivamente la struttura. Silenziosa con un bel terrazzino e giardino.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine gute Lage in der Nähe vom Strand und nicht weit vom Zentrum. Ein Minuspunkt - im Zimmer gab es keinen WLAN, nur im Hof. Ansonsten hat uns alles gut gefallen.

We chose this stay so we can park the car. Zadar is a wonderful old city with big walls, so I imagine bringing the car to the old town area is quite challenging for tourists. Villa Maggie was conveniently located, clean and close to local pastry shops and supermarkets,

Super convenient location for walking into Zadar old town. Gorgeous little apartment with really nice decor and a cute little patio for relaxing with a drink prior to going out. Plenty of space for parking. Great air conditioning.

The manager of the property was not available when we arrived We kept calling every number for the property with no luck for nearly an hour Finally his son responded and came to us to give us the room He said that his dad forgot about the booking and went on a trip! He didn't even call later to apologise or anything The villa itself is clean and around 15 minutes walk to the center and 5 minutes to the beach If it wasn't for the poor management it would have been ideal

Great little studio in a quiet neighborhood. Cute place nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable- the sofa bed not comfortable at all. Owners were delightful. It was just a 10 minute walk to town. Loved having a refrigerator/ kitchenette so we could have breakfast on the patio. Price was unbelievably low. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location

Found easily with GPS. Great location with parking for about 3 cars--more in another area. Was in room #1; barely enough room to walk around the double bed. Has fridge, smelled like pickles, though. Good size bathroom. Our building was close to the main road and was very noisy. Easy walk to old town, 15-20 minutes. Owner's son gave us a map and showed us location of hotel on it and how to walk to old town. 2 rooms in our building; room #2 had a kitchenette.

Decent place with free parking about 15 minutes walk from the Sea Organ/Sun Salutation. Clean and comfy, it was an easy stay. Area immediately around the place looks a little dicey, but isn’t bad.

Bâtisse récente mais non entretenue - la base de lit défectueuse et le proprio était au courant - la poignée du frigo manquante - les murs sont sales et le nettoyage est sommaire - pas de garde robe seulement un tuyau avec 2 cintres - rien pour déposer notre valise - l’accueil le propriétaire ne savait pas que nous avions une réservation il a fallu lui donner des preuves et que nous avions payé. Selon lui hôtels.com n’avait pas transmis les infos - n’avait pas de bons mots pour votre cie - la classification est beaucoup trop élevée - Chers voyageurs fuyez cet endroit
