We hadden geen wifi, de kamer is niet 1 keer schoongemaakt tijdens ons 2 weken verblijf, we moesten zelf vragen naar schone handdoeken en wc papier, na meermaals vragen hebben ze mijn was gedaan en kreeg dit pas na vijf dagen terug, GEEN AANRADER

La struttura anni "70" non ammodernata, in una settimana di soggiorno mai fatto pulizie, né cambiato biancheria, né rifatti i letti. La stanza simile ad un ripostiglio, letti incassati in due reseche della stanza, lavabo del bagno perennemente intasato. Pubblicità ingannevole, in quanto la ricevuta della prenotazione della stanza, riportava altra foto. no mensole, non si sapeva dove mettere le cose, armadio piccolo...ALTRO CHE TRE STELLE..QUESTO SOGGIORNO LO DEFINIREI... LA FURBATA CROATA!! Mai più mi rivedranno

Camere fatiscenti, letti scomodi con materassi di fortuna, gli infissi del balcone della mia camera non si chiudevano, bagno senza finestra e senza ventola. Pulizia scarsa, le camere venivanio pulite ogni 3gg in maniera molto sommaria, alla reception ci hanno detto che non è un hotel ma sono appartamenti quindi non vengono pulite tutti i giorni... Ma almeno dovrebbero fornire gli strumenti per fare un po' di pulizia da soli (scopa, paletta, stracci, ecc.). Lenzuola mai cambiate in 6gg. La maggior parte delle camere affaccia sulla piccola piscina interna, quindi già dalle 8 di mattina si sentono rumori e grida di bambini, impossibile dormire. Posizione non delle migliori: a 10 minuti a piedi c'è una piccola spiaggetta; il centro è lontano a piedi bisogna prendere la macchina per 10/15 minuti.

Great area close to the beach

Great pool area and breakfast room which looks modern and clean but the room was dated. However we had a great stay and the lady on the front desk was very helpful in recommendations of places to eat (we ate at one and it was very good). The only thing that we were disappointed about was the WiFi as it wouldn’t connect. Overall a great stay and a lovely area close to the beach.

Room where the airconditioning don't work!!

The airconditioning didn't work. They tried to fix it and told us that is was normal. But it was just ventilating and stopped every time after 30 minutes. In the evening it became hotter inside the room than outside! The room and bathroom are very old. The swimming pool is nice. The reception spoke a bit English, but didn't try very hard to look for other solutions for the airconditioning. Don't book a room here if you want a nice holiday without worries.

Dragi ljudi

Nisam ni bila u toj kuci. Rezerviram na datum da bi gospodjica rekla da nisam danas rezervirala nego za sutra,naravno da sam rezervirala na datum koji sam dosla. Znaci ono toliki put napravim jos me gleda i kaze vidite malo koji ste datum stavila, znaci dno dna. Kao gost nikad to nigdje nisam dozivjela takav pristup. Ja sam joj svasta onda rekla pa je rekla da ona nece primit nezadovoljnog gosta, da sam znala di dolazim da su mi na sve odgovorili, pazite odgovora. Pitam ima li rucnika, odgovor da ima samo ne za plazu, dalje pitam koliko je do plaze napise 120m a imate i bazen i za sidit. Na kraju sam ja ispala bahata i bezobrazna a ona se profesionalno rijesila gosta i profesionalno mi nije naplatila apone jer izbacen gost je nezadovoljan gost jer ipak gospodjica je u svojoj kuci, a pitam se kakva bi joj profesionalnost bila da radi za nekog. Stvarno volim putovati i ne trazim od nikog da mi se klanja jer sa ljudima radit nije lako ali ovakav pristup i neprofesionalnost nisam nigdje dozivjela.

Property was located close to the Zadar city center and had supermarket and restaurants close by. Our hostess was helpful with information about the City and getting around. Parking was on site. Rooms were very compact and had basic amenities in the kitchen. There was no living area and kitchen was really small. Otherwise the beds were comfortable Overall pleased but not delighted with the apartment. Good if you have a couple of days stay.

The hand held shower sprayer had no holder to fix it in. So one handed shower. Also nowhere to put your soap except on the floor. Very easy to fix. The main drama I had was I used the Expedia app directions map and it took me to the wrong Diana apartments. Very annoying after a long day of driving

Basic room, clean and tidy though very dated. Good value, close to the beach but a long walk to Zadar old town. In a nice neighbourhood, the free parking was a bonus for us.

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti. Nessun cambio asciugamani tantomeno pulizie della stanza. Le foto nel sito non rispecchiano minimamente le reali condizioni della stanza. Che è parsa comunque soddisfacente per le nostre esigenze. Se non serve vi consiglio di staccare il mini frigo presente in camera perché fa un rumore a lungo andare fastidioso. Il wifi in questa stanza (la numero 1) non prende minimamente. Zona tranquilla, se non fosse per la maleducazione durante le ore notturne degli ospiti nei piani sopra; comodissimo minimarket vicino all’hotel e spiaggia a 300 mt circa. Spiaggia prettamente di sassi e cemento con mare mediocre. Il centro di Zara dista a 5 km. Ottima la disponibilità e cortesia delle ragazze alla reception.

Etablissement très agréable, proche de la mer et des restaurants. Personnel sympathique. Chambre spacieuse et climatisée avec une jolie petite terrasse, un petit frigo, la télé. Possibilité de se garer gratuitement en face de l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner en plus pas très cher et très copieux.

Eine herbe Enttäuschung

OK, wir waren etwas spät (21:30) und haben die SMS vom Hotel über unsere Ankunftszeit zu spät gesehen. Das Fräulein war sehr unfreundlich, weil sie auf uns warten musste. Wir hatten am Vortag gebucht und das letzte Zimmer erhalten. Zimmer 11 entspricht gar nicht die Fotos, die hier publiziert werden. Das Zimmer ist alt, sehr klein und absolut minimalistisch ausgestattet. Die Betten passen gerade zwischen die Wände. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein. Ein alter Boiler versorgt das Warmwasser. Beim Duschen läuft das Wasser fast nicht ab und eine Überschwemmung ist garantiert. Auch die Klimaanlage hat einen komischen Geruch und sollte mal revidiert werden. Am nächsten Morgen sind wir ohne Frühstück abgereist. Das gleiche Fräulein vom Vortag war auch wieder da und als ich mich freundlich verabschiedete mit "wünsche einen schönen Tag" kam eine fast hämische Antwort "was schön? es ist megaheiss und ich muss arbeiten". Unsere Empfehlung: nie wieder, Hände weg von diesem Hotel. Auch der günstige Preis ist es nicht wert.

A good little village close to Zadar and old town.

The villa is in a good location. A few miles from Zadar. On 2 bus routes no 5 or 8 from outside main bus station in Zadar or near footbridge to the old town. Walkable and a lot quicker one you get your bearings. Longest route follow coast !! Restaurants nearby and on beach road. Close to a few marinas and Boris beach and Diklo. All food good, campsite and hotel complex near by.

Not at all matching the description

It was a terrible stay, and we're very reasonable people. The room description said kitchenette, there wasn't one. The room said balcony, there wasn't one until we changed next day but still no kitchenette. The woman was very unfriendly the whole time. We told them our bus got in at 10:30 and when it was 20 minutes late she declared a no show until the cab driver convinced her to let us in. The hot water failed on the second day and they charged us for coffee even though we were supposed to have facilities. The place is very run down and I highly recommend not taking a chance on this place. I suspect she will refute these claims as she was very argumentative.

I would not stay here again. Paying for the hotel make sure you pay in the correct exchange rate if you pay in kunas, otherwise you might end up paying extra. The breakfast was terrible, only thing ok was the coffee. No noice cancelling, you hear what your neighbours are up to. Ask for extra sheets otherwise you only get one to share if you are 2 and ask for blankets if your there when it gets cold during the night. One of the staff owners are not very pleasant, the other one is wonderful (male).

Zbyt mały pokój jak na dwie osoby, przy cenie zbyt wysokiej. Łóżko miało być jedno podwójne, były dwa pojedyncze. Łazienka- minimalny poziom, zaslonka prysznica wystawala spoza brodzika i trzeba było bardzo uważać, żeby nie zalać podłogi. Jedyny plus to wyjście na mały tarasik i miła dziewczyna obsługująca dom.

boka inte detta boende. inget stämde med infon. bokade lägenhet med balkong(28m2) hamnade i en källare på en adress 2km från vad bokningen visade. ingen frukost som erbjöds ej heller solstolar. rummet var12-15m2 endast kontant betalning. blev erbjuden ett annat rum som saknade kök. försökte boka transport från flygplats som erbjudits. fick inte kontakt med hotellet (mejl och telefon)
