Staff were polite and accommodating. The cleaning staff was friendly.
The breakfast was good although they don’t replenish the food.
The room was clean and orderly but there’s a smell in the shower / bathroom.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

The room was always kept clean and in great condition, convenient location next to Busan Station. Very nice food from their top floor bar and friendly staff to greet you there.

Room wasn’t that clean and there was damage to the walls, most likely from luggage. However, the room was larger than normal which was the only positive. Staff were not always available at front desk. Location ok. No breakfast available even though website says there is.
